How much and how long would it take for me to get from Burford to the nearest bus or train station.

We are a small charity working with Adults with Learning Disabilities. We are planning a summer activity scheme for August 08 where children who are just finishing at special schools can come to enjoy a variety of activities. We are seeking funding for this scheme from charitable sources, and we are just at the costing stage. We are planning to have one outing a week for the three weeks that the scheme will run (week commencing 11 August each week over 3 days – probably Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). We will therefore need a bus and driver from 10 am to 3pm on three separate occasions. The bus would need to be accessible, as we do not yet know how many wheelchairs we would have to accommodate. We will be looking at a maximum of about 50 people including staff and volunteers. As I’ve never looked at hiring anything more than a minibus for people with potential mobility problems, I don’t know if what I am asking is impossible, so please forgive me if I’m asking the impossible
